Good news - the oil drip has stopped! I was so impressed with how much better the RV looked with the newly painted lower cowling, I decided to pull all of the unpainted fiberglass parts and take them home to finish them up and prime them.  The fiberglass tip also needed some attention.  The pile from the right side.  And the pile from the left.  Oh, all of this fun needed to come home also.  I am always impressed with how much storage my BMW 330ci has in its trunk. All of this easily fit in it. Now the hard work starts - fiberglassing, filling, sanding and priming!
