I received a treat for Halloween in the mail today. I found some guy on Ebay selling 6 "like-new" 25' RG400 segments. I did some quick math and I don't think any of my RG400 runs for wingtip antennas will be over 25', so I bought it. It was a deal and a half too. I paid $0.60/foot. This stuff ended up being great quality too. I would say its brand new. Most other vendors charge around $2.00/foot!

I decided its been a while since I riveted something so I put in a short row of rivets above the exhaust pipe that hole the firewall to the bottom skin. The rest of the holes on the bottom get riveted to the camlock backing plate.

I really want to take the canopy off, but before I do that I wanted to check the fit of the safety handle. I ended up putting a AN960-816 washer on the bottom of the block so the handle clears the rollbar without rubbing.

Next I enlarged the holes in the bottom camlock backing plates.

And did the same for the front ones. I deburred them and countersunk the holes for the flush rivets that will get installed once I paint these suckers.
