It was killing me how I was going to determine where the screw line on the baffles was going to be that holds the baffles to the plenum. It's not like I can put my hand under the plenum and draw a line on the baffles, tracing bottom edge of the fiberglass plenum. Last night it came to me to make a little tool that would ride the bottom of the plenum, and bridge over to the baffles so I could draw a line on them, via a small hole on the outside of the tool I could put a sharpie through.

This took about 30 min to make. It is held together with two AD470AD4-4 rivets, and has a #55 hole in it 3/8" up from the bend for the sharpie to protrude.

Here the tool is being simulated. You can see how it will function, except between the two pieces of 025 would be the baffles, which the line would be drawn on.
