Man, it has seemed like forever since I worked on this project. I think I am purposely avoiding it because the canopy has a way of driving me NUTS! I was working on making the canopy transition from the top skin to the sides with as little pressure as possible needed to pull it in to the side rails. It supposedly is a common problem for the canopy to be stubborn in this transitional area. Anyways, where the arrow points in this pic was where the canopy was rubbing. I needed to bend this inboard a good amount to get it to contour to the inside of the canopy. I still don't know that I got it 100%, but there is still time to fix it later.


Once I got that taken care of, I found the canopy was hitting the joggle at the bottom of the canopy frame. I trimmed the canopy a little to fix that problem.


Next I marked where the aft of the canopy gets cut so it is straight across the roll bar.
