Before I proceeded with fitting the baggage bulkhead, I needed to get rid of the clecos holding the F-706 gusset plate because it gets riveted to the bulkhead with flush rivets. I also did the other pair of gussets on the F-707 to get 'em done. I was able to do this with the top skin on, just pealed up.
