It was warm out in the garage before I put the heater on. Just a week ago, it was over 20 degrees colder!  I deburred all 4 flap and aileron braces. The flap braces are a major pain. They are thick 0.042" sheet with 16 lightening holes! Needless to say, I was expecting to get a lot more than I did tonight done until I hit this delay.  Finally tonight I countersunk the aileron brackets for flush rivets. This isn't at all the most obvious thing in the world, and Van's instructions don't help all that much. You really need to read and re-read the plans a few times.
