Lots of more boring rib prep work for another day. Tonight I was able to square off all of the flanges for the main ribs. After the first few ribs, it really flew by. I had a scrap 2x4 that I clamped to the table to test my ribs. It made it real easy to slide the ribs on the 2x4 to see if the flanges were square or not.  The main ribs aren't that far off square  After using the hand seamers, this is how all of the ribs looked.  I know, they don't look any different since I got them off the shelf a week ago. I can see why people go the quickbuild now.
