This log entry combines the last two days of work. Nothing really too exciting. When it comes to fiberglass, there's only two main things - sanding and filling. I was able to get my gear leg fairings and vertical stabilizer tips painted.

This was some work go get these sanded down and looking descent. They still need some work. Up close there are some pinholes and oddities.

The aft portion of the gear fairings took a good amount of time and filler. 60 grit sandpaper was my friend tonight. Alas, it is all done for Oshkosh!

I decided to use my GoPro camera for the arrival to Osh. This wedge is nothing more than a piece of oak. I primed and painted it to make it look a little more classy. I can't be showing up to the big event with fresh primer and unpainted wood!? In any event, I am about a day ahead of where I wanted to be with getting everything prepared. On Saturday I will get things reassembled and test out all I can. I'm getting pretty stoked for Oshkosh!!
