I got an email about a week ago from Peter who wanted to come and check out the RV. I met up with Peter at the KDMW FBO and we went out to the hangar to chat RV's. Peter sounded like me 7 years ago - tired of renting spam cans and wanted an RV! I took him for his first RV and tailwheel flight just north of KDMW. We went back and chatted RV's for a few hours. In return, Peter graciously gave me a 6 pack of his homebew. Thanks Peter! I think the best thing I ever did on this site was keep on mentioning how much I like beer. Nearly every visitor brings me something! On a side note, I think it is amazing how RV'er and potential RV'ers have other hobbies in common. I'm a homebrewer also, so Peter and I chatted about the art of making beer for a while also.  Ever since I changed the engine mounts, my CHT's have been higher. They used to be in the low 300's (330 was about normal), and not they are much higher -- in the high 300's. I am going to take the plenum off this weekend and check out what is going on under there. It's got to be something obvious.
