I called up Martin State airport (KMTN) today to see how much hangar space costs. I spoke with Charlie and he said that it would be $162/mo for a small T-Hangar, $196/mo for a large T-Hangar, $67/mo for an unpaved parking spot and $150/mo for a paved spot. None of the Hangars at MTN have power, so I will have to either find another place to assemble the final pieces or get a generator. I know that when I did my primary training at Tipton (KFME) they had nice large hangars where people were building/maintaining. I want to make sure that I have a good grasp on how much the plane will cost me per month once I am done. I do not want to figure out when I get it built that it costs too much.
